General:

How do I register on EzyTravels?

Registering is very easy and free of cost. You can click on the 'Register Now', or while booking a ticket you will be automatically prompted to signup.

Why should I register with EzyTravels?

Register with us so that you can conveniently check your complete booking history for all your travels that you have made with EzyTravels. This will include your booking amounts, refunds processed, cancellations and amendments done. You will also get emails on our travel deals.


Reservations & Amendements

1) How do I know my reservation was booked?

You will receive an SMS and email on confirmation of your booking.

2) I have not received the confirmation email/sms for my booking. What should I do?

If you have not received the confirmation email from us, check your junk/Spam mail folder. If you have not received sms, check your registered mobile number in 'My Account'.

3) My booking was interrupted due to some problem, what should I do?

If your booking was not completed due to some technical problem, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Please do not make another booking as this may lead to duplication of booking.

4) How will I get my e-ticket?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process.

5) Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it's very important. Some airports don't allow you inside without a printout of your e-ticket.

6) How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?

You will need to show printed copy of e-ticket at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

7) I have entered wrong name, how can I change it?

The airline doesn't allow name change on the ticket, you'll have to cancel and re-book the ticket. Airline cancellation charges applicable.

8) I have misspelled the name or Title(Mr/Ms) or selected wrong gender, how can I change it?

You can call us at 0832-2435300, we can check with the concerned airline if such requests can be fulfilled. If the airline doesn't allow it, you'll have to cancel and re-book the ticket.

9) How do I amend a flight reservation?

Please contact us at our customer service center nos 0832-2435300 or 9823057000.


Cancellations:

How can I cancel my flight tickets?

Log onto www.ezytravels.in and click on Manage Booking Button.

Click on the Cancellation button.

Enter the Ezytravels Booking ID corresponding to your booking and the Email ID that you gave at the time of the booking.

You can cancel your booking.

Please confirm the cancellation charges before you confirm to cancel the booking.

The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.

I am not able to cancel my flight tickets online. What do I do?

You cannot cancel flight ticket if the departure time is within the next 3 hours.


Visa Assistance and Travel Insurance

Can EzyTravels help me in getting Visa?

We do provide Visa Assistance and you can call our travel expert.

Is Travel Insurance required?

We recommend taking Travel Insurance as it covers costs that may arise in emergencies like hospitalisation, trip cancellation, lost baggage and accidental death insurance.
